Questions people ask

Do I need a permit?
Yes — the drain gets rerouted, so the City wants to see it. We pull it and meet the inspector. It’s in the price.
How long does it take?
About a week on site, plus the inspection.
Can I still get a tub back later?
Not easily. If you might sell to a family with small kids soon, talk to us first.
What about my existing tile?
On the Full Quartz package it comes out. On the Pan Swap it stays and we redo the bottom row.
Do you do this for parents?

The details: Prices are for a standard 60" tub alcove with three walls. Pan Swap price assumes your existing wall tile stays, you supply matching tile for the bottom row, and your existing shower valve stays. Full Quartz price includes a new valve. If we find rot, mold, or hidden damage under the old tub, we stop, show you, and price it in writing before any extra work. Permit fees included for the City of San Jose; other cities may differ.
